3. Emploees of Linguland and TUIFly as well as other people who are involved in the process of the lottery are not allowed to take part in it. Whoever is the owner of the email adress is the participant of the lottery.The participant can only once take part in the lottery, if the participent takes part twice or more often, he or she can be disqualified by Linguland.

4. The lottery drawing includes only participants who filled out all the gapes, correctly, independantly and sent it to Linguland. Linguland is not responsible for any technical faults such as disfunction of the telephone network, intranet, electronics or computer.

5. The participation is free of charge and independant of the booking of the languagecourse. You can also take part by sending us a postcard or email, which contains your name and email adress as well as the keyword „WIN A FLIGHT“. Please sent the postcard to the adress in paragraph 1, and the email by using our contact form, subject „WIN A FLIGHT“. By taking part in the lottery, the participant accepts the entry rules.

6. The winner of a price will be informed via email, using the contact details provided for the lottery, shortly after the lottery drawing. The winner needs to confirm the acceptance of the price within one month, otherwise Linguland is allowed to draw a new winner. By accepting the price, the participant agrees on publishing his or her photo and name on the website of Linguland. The flight voucher will be posted to the winner after he or she posted a photo and a short comment to Linguland.

7. As soon as the voucher got posted to the winners adress, he or she takes over the responsibility and Linguland is not liable for any damage.

8. It is not possible to recieve money or any other values instead, nor can the voucher be exchanged for anything else.
