A friendly, familiar atmosphere and at the same time intensive and personal service are offered at our language school in San Juan. There are 6 levels of instruction, from the Beginner Course over Basis Course to the Advanced Course. Your skills will be tasted at the end of each week in order to check your progress. There are a maximum of 6 students in each group. The average class size is however only 3 students. Courses take place Mondays through Thursdays from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. and Fridays from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. The complete staff is very friendly and helpful. All members of the teaching staff have degrees in Spanish as a foreign language or the equivalent. Classes are taught using lots of multimedia tools like music and videos, which offer a diversified learning experience and a view of the Latin American lifestyle. Moreover, students learn a lot about the history of Puerto Rico and its 500-year-old Hispanic tradition.

The focus of classes are listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities. Some of the students that visit our school are Puerto Ricans who want to improve their English in the Night School, which will give you the chance to meet locals at the school. Lots of Spanish students from the USA and Europe visit our school especially between May and August, which creates a great international atmosphere.
Language school San Juan: AccommodationOur school would be more than happy to supply you with a friendly and open host family. All host families live at the very most 30 minutes away from our school. Each student has their own room and is of course provided with linens and towels. Students can choose between half board or self-catering. Have you already experienced the Puerto Rican food? It is called Creole and is a mixture of Spanish, African, Indian and American influences.
Language school San Juan: Leisure ActivitiesOur school in San Juan offers a large selection of weekly leisure activities and island tours. Some activities are formed around the course curriculum (for example ?In a Restaurant?, ?Shopping?, and ?Working and Learning?). Visit ?El Yunque Peak?, the Caribbean National Park. Here you will find 240 different trees, some of which are thousands of years old. Wander around and maybe you will see a Conqui frog, which is the national symbol of Puerto Rico.
