This is the Linguland language courses philosophy which is different to that of other agencies. We are a young team who lives only from the commission we get from the schools. We have been offering competent customer service and original school prices since 2002. Our customers pay exactly the same prices they would pay, if booking directly at the school.

 

We guarantee quality at affordable prices

We have an agreement with all of our schools: we offer exactly the same prices. Many schools have a complex pricing system. To ensure that our prices are correct we offer a Price Guarantee. If for some reason you should unintentionally pay more than the original price, we will refund you the difference plus an additional 5%. We offer the same criterion for the course size. If there are ever more students in a course than we have published then we will refund you a percentage of the course price accordingly.

What is the advantage compared to a direct booking at a language school? Referred to the price of the travel, both prices (ours and the school price) are identical, that means, we guarantee you that with us you pay the exact same price with no extra charges as if you bought the course directly at the school of your choice.

Disputes – improbable but unfortunately they can never be totally excluded

What happens when it comes to a dispute? For example because you are extremely annoyed about something at the language school in a foreign country, and your anger is justified. In this case you simply contact Linguland Language Travel, and we will immediately contact the language school for you so that everything will be solved in a fast and competent way.

This way, everything stays in your language. Even in case of a serious dispute, you have all advantages on your side: for all clients from Germany, Auch im Falle eines ernsthaften Streits hast du alle Vorteile auf deiner Seite: Für alle Kunden aus Deutschland gilt dabei Frankfurt am Main als Gerichtsstand vereinbart, weil es innerhalb Deutschlands sehr zentral liegt. Die Sprache jeglicher Kommunikation ist dabei Deutsch. Für Kunden aus Spanien ist der Gerichtsstand Madrid, Kommunikationssprache ist Spanisch. Für Kunden aus allen anderen Ländern gilt der Gerichtsstand Zürich, Schweiz. Hierdurch hat Linguland Sprachreisen den Gerichtsstand nach den Kunden gerichtet und jeweils in der Mitte des Landes festgelegt, aus dem die meisten Kunden kommen.
