The school was founded in 1979 and has recently moved to a larger, renovated facility. The new premises contain a library, an Internet Point, a study room and a cafeteria, where you can try many different Italian specialities. The school also has its own entertainment room where you can chat with other students, relax or use the school´s own piano or guitars. Our language school is right in the middle of the oldest part of Sienna, Castelvecchio, which means old castle. This area really used to be a romantic old castle. The special part of our school in Sienna is that you do not only learn Italian but you can also experience Italian culture. The teaching staff is highly qualified, young and dynamic. The secretarial staff is always available for students and enjoy answering any questions about Sienna. A new lesson plan is created each week for every level of classes. You can also check your progress through the weekly tests. The teachers are also available to the students all day long for individual feedback or for tips and tricks to improve your Italian. The focus is put on coversational Italian. Each student gets a detailed certificate at the end of the course. Course offerings cover not only standard and intensive courses but also courses with extra small groups and private lessons. Special courses to prepare for the international recognized PLIDA are also offered. Students may also participate, for a small fee, in culture classes in the afternoon. Special courses about Italian cooking and art are also offered to the students.
