Schön war besonders, daß die Schule direkt im Centrum liegt und diese auch
leicht zu finden. Besonders die Lehrer war alle sehr nett und hilfreich.
Auch was Tipps für Sightseeing geht usw.

Die Schule war sehr gut organisiert und alle Lehrer und Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich!
Man konnte auch in der Freizeit was mit Lehrern oder Schulkollegen machen. Im Aufenthaltsraum waren die Events immer ersichtlich und man konnte dort seinen Namen eintragen. Der Grammatikunterricht war sehr gut u. es wurde verständlich erklärt (speziell von meiner Lehrerin Julie). | | |

Das Klima untereinander (der Sprachschüler) und gegenüber der Lehrer war super. Ich habe mich vom ersten Tag an aufgehoben gefühlt. Und auch die Lehrer (insbesondere eine) war die beste Sprachlehrerin die ich je hatte.Hints for other students
Meine Erfahrung ist, dass es sehr viel gebracht hat, viele Schulaktivitäten mitzumachen und viel mit anderen Sprachschülern zu unternehmen. So hab ich viel mehr gelernt als wenn ich in der gleichen Zeit irgendwelche Englisch Grammatikbücher gelesen hätte.Comments

Mir ist nichts bekannt.Hints for other students
3 Wochen waren mir zu kurz. Aber es hat mir sehr geholfen, die Angst am Englischsprechen abzulegen. Das Durchschnittsalter der Schüler liegt wohl bei ca. 25 Jahren aber auch Schüler im Alter von 50 Jahren wurden sehr gut aufgenommen und integriert. Das Alter spielte also überhaupt keine Rolle.Comments

The learning experience at this school, led by Res Helfer, is much greater than the normal language school experience. The excellent quality of education is not only limited to the areas of grammar,
conversation, the ability to write, to read and listening comprehension; moreover it also extends to cultural characteristics and practical knowledge of American society. All the teachers work with the latest knowledge of psychology on the learning process.
The school is highly recommended for individuals, organizations and
companies.
Their deep knowledge of the language, the methods and the didactics of the teachers as well as the excellent organization of the administration, makes study at this school an extraordinary experience of learning with lasting effect.
Therefore it is with great appreciation that I thank you for these three months of learning and wonderful experiences.

Hints for other students
Ich möchte allen, die überlegen, zukünftig eine Sprachreise zu machen, sagen, dass es sich wirklich lohnt. Für mich war es eine Erfahrung, die ich nicht mehr missen möchte. Natürlich hat man vorher ein paar bedenken, wie man in so großen Städten alleine klarkommen soll, wenn man noch nicht mal perfekt die Sprache, die dort gesprochen wird, spricht. Das war bei mir genauso. Doch man ist dort wirklich nicht allein, da man in der Schule so viele neue Leute kennenlernt. Es ist außerdem sehr interessant, neue Länder und Kulturen kennenzulernen. Wenn man die Möglichkeit bekommt, solche Erfahrungen zu sammeln, sollte man sich diese Chance nicht entgehen lassen.Comments
Insgesamt hat mir der Aufenthalt in San Francisco sehr gut gefallen. Die Leute dort waren alle sehr nett. Die Residence, in der ich die gewohnt habe, war auch sehr schön. Die Zimmer waren so, dass man sich dort wohl fühlen konnte. Das Frühstück war jedoch nicht so gut.
Mein erster Tag in der Schule ist auch sehr gut verlaufen. Ich wurde freundlich begrüßt und mir wurde alles gezeigt, was ich wissen musste. Besonders die Lehrerinnen waren total nett.
Die Stadt war einfach super. Trotz des nicht so guten Wetters konnte man so viel erleben. Der Höhepunkt war natürlich einmal über die Golden Gate Bridge zu laufen. Das war schon ein tolles Gefühl. Ich bin mit dem Zug nach Palo Alto gefahren und habe mir dort die Stanford University angeschaut. So etwas tolles habe ich noch nicht gesehen. Ich konnte mir vorher gar nicht vorstellen, wie groß das ganze Universitätsgelände ist. Dort war auch sehr schönes Wetter. | | |

San Francisco es una ciudad impresionante, en donde se puede tener un buen tiempo, y la gente es agradable que te abren los brazos y te ayudan para todo. En sà les aconsejo el conocer este sitio y participar en este curso, puesto que se aprende mucho, ya que los profesores se dedican a que los alumnos aprendan de verdad.Comments
En general el curso me pareció interesante, aunque muy corto, ya que el tiempo se pasó muy rápido. Aprendà y recordé muchas cosas. Además no solamente fue el estudio, sino que hice nuevos amigos y eso hace que la experiencia sea mejor aún.
